This course is only available in Qld as a traineeship. The course content has been especially written to include computing skills required in office work. The units relate to practical work skills in technology, safety and management. The whole logic here was that we have a business and what would be the best skills for our staff to have. We redesigned units and thought about the most useful and practical skills, then tested them on our own staff. The result is this course, where you get to choose which 10 units best suit your situation.
Certificate IV In I.T.
This is an advanced level course that assumes you have a good level of computing skills. We have designed our sequence of topics with an emphasis on logical development of your IT knowledge and skills.
