Sales Agents Commission Offer

This offer refers to payments made to individuals rather than other businesses as outlined above.

Payment of commission for referrals to Cottonsoft will be paid upon the following conditions:

For paying students:
When the course has been paid ‘in full’, Cottonsoft we will forward a ‘Request for Payment’ form to the person who referred that student for completion and return, payment will be made upon receipt of the Request for Payment form either by cheque or EFT as indicated within 14 days.

For Government Funded Courses:
All requirements must be met by an enrolling student for acceptance into a funded course and only once their enrolment is completed and registered and Cottonsoft has received an initial payment from the funding organization will the commission payment be made. Cottonsoft will forward a ‘Request for Payment’ form to the person who referred that student for completion and return, payment will be made upon receipt of the Request for Payment form either by cheque or EFT as indicated within 14 days.

The amount of commission payment will vary from time to time and for different courses undertaken, each individual receiving payment has agreed to the specific conditions of an offer made by Cottonsoft. Only written agreements will be honored in the event of a dispute.

Cottonsoft reserves the right to inform a person who has been nominated to undertake a course who the nominating person was and their contact details.

IN THE EVENT that any one student has been referred to Cottonsoft by more than one person, Cottonsoft reserves the right to determine who will be eligible for the commission payment.
